FAQs

Q: Do you still do this service? Still available for agent service?
A:  For the latest update in 2019, I'm still offering online shopping services.
Please feel free to contact me via email [miakyouathotmaildotcom].
I usually reply within 1~2 working days after receiving your email.
Please put "Miakyou Taiwan Online Services" in your email subject for a faster reply.
Please re-send email if you still don't get my response after 2 working days.

Q: I sent you an email. But, why haven't I received your reply?
A:  For your kind information, I am not online at all times.
So, I greatly appreciate your patience.

I'll respond to your email within max 2 working days.
If you haven't heard a response back from me after that point, please re-send it.
It's because I may have inadvertently overlooked it.
Thanks for your kind understanding!

Q: Can you please label my package as a gift?
A: Yes, of course. I've been helping to do it for all of my international buyers
even if they don't ask me. So, please don't worry about it.

Q: Can you please declare the low value on my package?
A: Yes, I can do it based on your personal request only if you use EMS.
But, your parcel must be declared with full value from your order if you use Airmail.

Q: I paid you a few days ago. Why you still haven't bid auction yet?
A: Some sellers don't allow me to bid directly due to their rule in their sales.
So, I must contact them first before I can bid it to avoid dispute.

Q: I paid for everything, and you confirmed every item. Now you reply no stock.
A:  Please kindly note that the total cost I quote for you does not necessarily
guarantee that you'll get them. This is not confirmation for your order.

It's because some Taiwanese sellers don't update their listing sales frequently.
Please kindly note that I'm unable to ask each seller to check their stock availability.
It's because it brings too much hassle and wastes a lot of time.
So, I seek your kind understanding of this situation.
If your item is out of stock, you can pick other item to replace it.
Or, you can use it as the credit to cover your international shipping fee later.

Q: Why don't they allow you to bid it right away?
Reason #1: They may want to avoid high selling-fee charged by Ruten/Yahoo.
So, they change it to a lower price first before you can bid on it.

Reason #2: They need to check if your item is in stock before you can bid it.

Q: When will my order be shipped? It's been more than 2~3 weeks!
Reason #1: Your particular product(s) can be "pre-order".
So, your supplier needs extra weeks to re-make your order after receiving your payment.

Reason #2: Some sellers are not quite active especially in Ruten.
So, it may take a few days or weeks to get a response from an inactive seller.
And, some of them
can be very slow at delivery as they're not specialized
in selling on a full-time basis. It means that they're selling
for clearance sales
while working on other full-time job at the same time.

So, they may need extra days to mail your order.
*Please kindly note that response and delivery from your seller are out of my control.
However, I'll try my best to keep contacting your seller for the latest follow-up

A: You can access it from overseas by adding
"Unlimited Free VPN - Holato your Chrome website. It's free!
Then, you need to select "Taiwan" as a country.
After that, you need to "refresh" Ruten website in order to access it.

If it takes longer time to access Ruten from your computer even after adding
"Unlimited Free VPN - Hola" to your Chrome website, it's better to install
